John did an excellent job in representing me in the sale of my lot. He was accurate in his assessment of its value and got me a fair price within a reasonable amount of time. The closing went off on time even though we were in the middle of the Covet-19 pandemic. I could not have been happier with the job that he and his team did. Thank you all again
