Every deal has a hiccup… No matter how smooth the transaction… Just know that with John Slivon there's nothing (I feel), he can't take care, of when it comes to negotiating the purchase of a home… In my case, I needed multiple extensions, inspections had legal issues pop up, just to name a few...but at every step of the way he was there at my side.

Even after the sale is over and the dust settles… You'll get a call from John… Asking how it's going asking if there's anything he can do..asking if you'd like him to stop bye and help you out with something and this is after the commission has been paid… John is there for you

Everyone needs a realtor, but you really don't appreciate a Realtor until something goes wrong... in my case there was a lot that I needed help with ... after the inspection. There's always something you need to do… John took charge of getting contractors into the house, professionals to do necessary, repairs, pool, air conditioning, and not next week but next day and then all of a sudden a probate issue comes up… That should've been resolved years ago… The sale was done... it was over… But John once again came to the rescue and had the right solutions the right attorneys was able to get multiple extensions and hold this deal together… There is no question that I would not have sold my house if I had just a Realtor… I had John Slivon… There wasn't a phone call that wasn't returned promptly and most of the time it was just me needing to be reassured… Everyone needs a realtor but everyone should have John Slivon

We worked with John 21 years prior when moving to PSL and looking for a rental property. While there was a real estate sales boom at the time; John treated us with the same importance (as we felt) he would've treated his highest value sales listing.
